Yes we can create tracks from snapshot. Go to Process center, Open Process app, at the end of your snapshot name there will be a drop down. Select that drop down and create a new track. If you do not have permissions to do it then go to manage and allow yourself to create tracks.
It is very helpful in rolling back as if you are not sure about the changes create a new track made the changes and test it. If it is working as you expected then copy these changes into main track or else remove that track.
