LCV toolkit is acronym for Lightweight Client Side Validation Toolkit, which was used in earlier versions of Lombardi and up until BPM 7.5, it is no longer needed or in use since Coach View Validations can be used to handle validations.
It will be a good idea if someone can retrofit it for newer versions since it was very flexible and Coach View validations have some limitations.
