Dynacache is provided by websphere and this toolkit utilizes the dynacache jndi names to hook into webspshere infrastructure to do caching of static or key based resources, an archived version is available at the following link.

You may also want to look at open source ehcache based caching toolkits and jscache toolkits, the out of box caching provided by IBM is limited and can use a dashboard to manage the cache and other configuration parameters
