This is a shortcut which is available in any eclipse or eclipse based IDE, it launches the preferences but the proferences link on the menu is very limited this is very exhaustive, if you are not able to get the detailed preferences please close your Process Designer and try again. In here you can change things link color of comments in JavaScript etc.
