How can you invoke a javascript in Production Troubleshooting with and without Process Inspector?

You can execute javascript using  Execution Evaluator in Process Inspector if you have a PC connected Process Server.

For offline Process Server you can use REST APIs to execute javascript, the javascript execution is disabled by default it needs to be enabled first

In the desktop process designer I could select the process server and , select the process and run my javascript.

Is it possible with the web designer? From the process center I don't see the possibility to select the process server
