How can we find the bpdid for Intermendiate Message Events(IME) and Decision Gateways for moving tokens?

This can be done by invoking the REST API call "Retrieve Model" which takes the BPD ID and Process App ID as inputs, those can be retrieved by temporarily exposing the BPD as startable and using the REST API call "Exposed Processes"

simple way is to open bpd in pd then you can see the id

I dont think IME bppdids are in PD only human activities and system activities etc are there.
