How can we send emails an creation of a Human Task using timer events and embedded task urls?

Could you add additional detail to this question, for example possibly a scenario you are trying to create?  The only part I can get a handle on is that the JS-API has a call that will provide you with the URL for a task given that you have gotten the TWTask object.  You can use that URL in an e-mail if you wish.

You can use Java intergration services to send emails just before the human task. Go to implementation create extenal implementation and attach teamworks.sendmail  service. This service is also available in system toolkit.
