What is difference between microflows and Long Running BPEL in IID?

Microflows are seq system tasks without any human intervention in the flow. Long running flow contains human tasks also.

Microflows are single go transactions which does not include any interference. Long Running processes can include human interactions, wait time.

We will not see instance of microflows on BPCE.
