SELECT PROPVALUE FROM LSW_SYSTEM
WHERE PROPKEY = 'IsRepository'

One way of doing it is If you run the following query

select count(distinct is_tip_Deployed) from LSW_SNAPSHOT;

Process Center will result in 2 and Process Server will result in 1, there are no tips in Process Server.
