Process center is the main and highest level in a BPM. Process center contains all the process servers. We deploy all our snapshots in process center. But in case of process servers all the instances are running.

We cannot set process center as peoduction env, it should be a process server. We should always create 3 process server for each Dev, QA and prod env.
