You can use a xslt transform and the bundled xsl transform services in system toolkit to convert the web services schema into IBM BPM (Limbardi Teamworks) schema and create and instance using system.serializer.fromXml(), Tools like Altova mapforce can be used to graphically design xslt transforms for complex xml schemas
