How can we cleanup Process Instance Data for stale and unwanted Instances in Process Server?

You can a clean up command (BPMProcessInstancesCleanup) , which is usally done by Admin team or you can run queries to clean up old data (using this).

Go to process Admin

Expand IBM BPM Admin section

Select Health management.
Got Delete Processes
You filter instances based on several conditions and cleanup the instances.

Not only instances there are many other tasks like deletion of snapshots and uca related tasks.
