How can we recreate an instance in Development from production data to debug environment specific issues?

there are multiple options to do this, you can take the same file/Input and pass it into Development using Soap UI/Postman.

you can use rest api to get the json data from production and update it in the dev environment to a task and then reset the token of the task back to itself to restart the task from the beginning, this way you will have a simulation of the production task in development, if there are no other dependencies like system of record has to match the instance data.
